Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to operate our AI systems for automated calling and email campaigns. In this role, you will manage and optimize the AI-driven communication tools that enhance customer engagement and streamline outreach efforts. Your technical expertise will ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the AI systems, contributing to our goal of delivering exceptional service and efficient communication processes.

Duties

  • Monitor and operate AI-powered auto call and email systems to ensure accurate delivery and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI system functionalities, including software glitches, network connectivity, and integration problems.
  • Manage computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and network infrastructure (LAN, VPN, firewall) supporting the AI platform.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve system outages or disruptions promptly.
  • Maintain detailed logs of system activity, incidents, and resolution steps using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Optimize system configurations for improved efficiency and effectiveness in outreach campaigns.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members using the AI systems for their communication tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support, desktop support, or IT support roles with a focus on computer management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and system diagnostics for communication platforms.
  • Proficiency in using help desk tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
