Remote Club is a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI solutions, software development, and nearshore engineering teams for U.S. businesses.
We are looking for a senior business development professional who already has experience selling technology services and building relationships within the U.S. startup and enterprise ecosystem.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients.
- Sell AI solutions, custom software development, and staff augmentation services.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology ecosystems and referral partners.
- Create pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Attend technology events and convert relationships into qualified opportunities.
- Help expand Remote Club's presence in the U.S. market.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in a technology company (software, SaaS, IT services, consulting, cloud, AI, or startup environment).
- Proven track record generating new business through outbound sales.
- Existing network of technology decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs, founders, product leaders, etc.).
- Experience attending technology events and generating business from those activities.
- Strong understanding of software development services, AI solutions, cloud services, or staff augmentation.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client relationships.
- Experience selling software development services.
- Experience building partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, or startup ecosystems.
- Experience in nearshore or staff augmentation sales.
