Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Asset Management stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, investment workflows, and client outcomes.
• Analyze business processes across portfolio management, holdings, performance measurement, client reporting, and Asset360 to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Rapidly evaluate business use cases and develop Proofs of Concept (POCs), prototypes, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that demonstrate measurable business value.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Build AI copilots, workflow automation solutions, dashboards, and decision-support applications that enhance business productivity and decision-making.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques ("vibe coding") and rapid application development practices to deliver working solutions with minimal requirements and fast turnaround.
• Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data from Asset Management platforms to support intelligent business applications.
• Define product vision, use cases, and business outcomes in collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Lead product discovery activities, including opportunity identification, user feedback, hypothesis validation, feature prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled product designs, solution architectures, and implementation plans.
• Present AI solutions, prototypes, and business cases to senior executives and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts in business terms.
• Facilitate workshops to refine requirements, validate solutions, and build consensus across business and technology teams.
• Leverage cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise data platforms, and modern AI development frameworks to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches that deliver measurable business value.
• Promote best practices for AI-enabled product development, rapid prototyping, and reusable solution design.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Asset Management business processes, including portfolio management, holdings, performance measurement, client reporting, and Asset360.
• Experience working with enterprise data and integrating structured and unstructured data sources across Asset Management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and enterprise AI technologies.
• Experience building AI-powered Proofs of Concept (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), AI copilots, workflow automation solutions, dashboards, and decision-support applications.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") and rapid application development using modern AI development tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise data platforms, and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience defining product vision, business use cases, product roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience with product discovery, user research, hypothesis testing, feature prioritization, and iterative product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to demonstrate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, and technology teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
