AI Video Editor – Facebook Ad Creatives (Voiceover, B-Roll & UGC)

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled AI Video Editor to produce high-converting video ads for Facebook. You'll use AI tools to create voiceovers, source and edit B-roll, and produce UGC-style content that stops the scroll and drives results. This is a creative, fast-paced role for someone who understands what makes paid social ads perform.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce Facebook video ads optimized for performance and engagement
• Generate high-quality AI voiceovers that match brand tone and messaging
• Source, cut, and assemble B-roll footage to support ad narratives
• Create UGC-style videos that feel authentic and native to the platform
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, sound effects, and text overlays
• Iterate quickly on multiple ad variations for testing
• Stay current on Facebook ad trends, formats, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience editing video ads for Facebook/Meta (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with AI tools for voiceover generation (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar)
• Strong editing skills in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Understanding of direct-response and short-form video that converts
• Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
• Familiarity with UGC formats and hook-driven content

Nice to Have

• Experience with other AI content tools (image, avatar, or script generation)
• Background in DTC / e-commerce advertising
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and creative testing

Compensation & Details

• $1,500–$5,000/month (varies based on skill and experience)
• Remote
