About the Role

Tso Chinese Takeout & Delivery is looking for a tech-forward Marketing Manager to lead our brand direction using modern, AI-driven marketing tools and data-backed strategy. This role is built for someone who lives at the intersection of creative marketing and technical execution — someone who uses AI tools daily, understands digital ad performance, and makes decisions based on data, not guesswork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand direction and marketing strategy using AI-powered tools and workflows
• Identify, test, and implement new AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output
• Plan and execute digital advertising strategy across paid channels
• Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and ROAS to guide decision-making
• Develop and execute content strategy leveraging AI for speed and scale
• Design and produce marketing assets in Canva and/or Adobe Suite
• Write and distribute press releases
• Oversee social media strategy at a high level (not day-to-day posting)
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership teams
• Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
• Support in-person events, promotions, and community partnerships

Priority Skills

• Highly technical and hands-on with AI tools for content, strategy, and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad strategy
• Strong data and analytics skills — comfortable reading performance data and translating it into action
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Suite
• Experience writing and distributing press releases
• Deep understanding of social media strategy *(strategic oversight, not a Social Media Specialist role)*
• Strong collaborator who works well cross-functionally
