#### About the role

We’re looking for a digitally savvy Instructional Designer to create clear, practical, and scalable training content for our SaaS platform in the property technology (prop tech) space. This role focuses on building content across formats—including eLearning, video, webinars, onsite training materials, and documentation—to support both customer education and internal enablement.

This is a hands-on, content-focused role. You’ll spend most of your time working directly in the product, learning workflows, and turning them into simple, effective training materials. The ideal candidate is a strong builder who can quickly understand how a product works and create high-quality content using modern tools, including AI.
