Full Stack .NET Product Engineer (AI / CERS Modernization)

Position Overview

Full Stack Product Engineer (7–9 years experience) supporting CERS modernization within an Agile squad. Responsible for analyzing legacy workflows, designing/developing modern web apps and APIs, and leveraging AI-assisted/AI-native engineering tools to accelerate coding, testing, and solution design. Hybrid position based in Arizona (Onsite Tue–Thu, Remote Mon/Fri).

Key Responsibilities

• Modernization & Full Stack Development: Analyze legacy systems/workflows and build maintainable, cloud-ready web applications, APIs, and integrations using .NET and Angular.
• AI-Native Engineering: Utilize AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to accelerate code generation, test creation, analysis, and documentation.
• Data & Cloud Integration: Design and optimize data services across relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Delivery & Quality: Support small, safe, incremental releases; automate testing using Playwright or similar tools; build CI/CD pipelines via GitHub.
• Production Reliability & Technical Debt: Troubleshoot production issues, execute root cause analysis, reduce technical debt, and ensure adherence to security, performance, latency, and scalability standards.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with Product Owners, Architects, UX designers, and cross-functional teams; evaluate emerging technologies and prototype AI-driven automation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 7–9 years of professional full-stack product engineering experience delivering scalable solutions.
• Work Location & Schedule: Arizona-based hybrid model (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday).
• Interview Structure: 2 Rounds (1 Virtual, 1 Onsite).
