Job Summary

About the role we are an elite, newly formed engineering group building the next generation of agentic AI solutions deeply integrated into ServiceNow enterprise environments. Our team brings to solve complex automation challenges across incident management, cross-system provisioning, change risk evaluation, and employee service workflows.

We are looking for an adaptable, full-stack AI engineer who can bridge advanced LLM orchestration (RAG, multi-agent frameworks, tool calling) with production-grade backend engineering to turn concepts into reliable, client-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Deploy Agentic AI Solutions

Architect autonomous multi-agent workflows integrated with ServiceNow to handle incident triage, telemetry correlation, change risk assessment, and cross-system provisioning.

LLM Engineering & Orchestration

Build robust RAG pipelines, function-calling frameworks, guardrails, and evaluation systems (using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or custom frameworks).

Full-Stack & Cloud Execution

Write production-ready APIs/backends, build necessary frontend interfaces, and manage deployment through containers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.

Technical Client Leadership

Translate complex enterprise business problems into actionable technical designs, present trade-offs to senior stakeholders without jargon, and manage client expectations directly.

Platform Adaptation

Quickly ramp up on platform-specific tools—including ServiceNow SDK and Now Assist—to connect modern AI stack architectures directly into enterprise workflow engines.

Must Have

Agentic AI & LLM Expertise

Proven experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, enterprise RAG design, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
