Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model.

· Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards.

· Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

· Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.

· Excellent writing and spelling skills in Japanese/French/Canada and English.

· Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese/ Japanese/French/Canada and English.

· Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.

·

· Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.

· Problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements

· Familiarity with chatbots is a plus.

· Knowledge of the retail/shopping domain is an advantage.

No prior experience or training required — paid training will be provided.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
