Data Annotator(French/Japanese)

Must have a laptop and active internet connection to perform duties.

The candidate must be a Japanese speaker with English proficiency (JA_JP). – 6 openings

The candidate must be a French and English speaker from Canada (FR_CA). – 5 openings

The candidate must be a English speaker from Canada (EN_CA). – 3 openings

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model.
• Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards.
• Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

• Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.
• Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with chatbots is a plus.
• Knowledge of the retail/shopping domain is an advantage.

No prior experience or training required — paid training will be provided.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
