About the Role

Aptasentry is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation systems that strengthen our go-to-market (GTM) operations. You will work across data, AI models, integrations, and internal workflows to automate activities such as lead research, segmentation, outreach personalization, campaign optimization, sales enablement, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows to automate and improve GTM processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Develop systems for lead enrichment, scoring, segmentation, intent analysis, and account prioritization.
• Create AI-based tools for personalized outreach, content generation, follow-up workflows, and campaign support.
• Design and integrate LLM-based applications, prompt workflows, retrieval systems, and agentic automations where appropriate.
• Connect internal systems with CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and third-party APIs.
• Build data pipelines to collect, clean, structure, and analyze GTM data.
• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor machine-learning models and AI services.
• Establish evaluation methods for automation quality, accuracy, business impact, and safety.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Document systems, workflows, models, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building and deploying machine-learning or AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines, SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
