You’ll work with technology that supports over 50% of global drug discovery and is trusted by leading pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO organisations worldwide.
This is also Instem's internal champion for getting the most from AI tooling – spotting where teams are underutilising what is available, demonstrating what is possible, and building the patterns others can follow. The role picks up from improvement opportunities identified through the TOM Programme and drives them from prioritisation through to built solution and sustained adoption.
A business-facing role sitting within the Architecture Practice, working at the intersection of continuous improvement and hands-on AI delivery. This person partners with business functions across Instem to identify process improvement opportunities, then designs and builds the AI-powered agents, workflows, and reusable components that make those improvements real.
