This person builds the solution and works with the business day to day inside a pod. This seat is focused on building well.Key responsibilities ========================

• Build the features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
• Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them.
• Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.
• Work to the design. Build within the agreed solution design, and flag what the design misses.
• Raise the bar. Set the engineering standard in the pod and support less experienced engineers.
