The AI Engineer is a midlevel individual contributor on PTMA's Data & AI team, reporting to the Manager of Data & AI Engineering. You will help build and refine how PTMA uses AI day to day, working hands-on with our enterprise Claude environment, building automations that save real time across the business, and partnering with teams throughout the firm to turn manual work into reliable, AI-assisted workflows.

You will spend the majority of your time on AI enablement and automation, and you will contribute to data and analytics engineering work as needed to get things shipped. This is a hands-on execution role in a U.S.-regulated financial services environment, working alongside and with guidance from senior members of the team.
