DeadEyeVR is a growing e-commerce company specializing in VR golf accessories. We sell through Shopify and Amazon FBA/MCF, handle some in-house manufacturing and 3D printing, and work with third-party fulfillment partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong, proactive AI Operations Specialist who can serve as an extension of the founder/CEO. The right person can take high-level verbal direction, such as "We need to automate inventory sync between Shopify and our 3PL and flag low stock proactively," then independently research, design, build, test, and deploy a reliable solution.

This is a part-time role. Initially, the work will be in person; once you are fully trained, the role will become hybrid. Compensation is $30/hour. Hours are set at 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate verbal or business requirements into working AI-powered executions, automations, agents, and workflows.
• Build and maintain automations for Shopify store operations, including order processing, inventory management, customer communications, and product listings or updates.
• Create 3PL and fulfillment workflows for order routing, tracking updates, exception handling, and reporting.
• Improve manufacturing and inventory workflows, including filament tracking, production queues, and quality checks where applicable.
• Build multi-channel sync workflows across Shopify, Amazon FBA/MCF, accounting tools, and related systems.
• Orchestrate LLM/Codex-style agents for repetitive tasks, data analysis, reporting, and decision-making with human-in-the-loop review where needed.
• Identify bottlenecks in e-commerce, fulfillment, and light manufacturing processes, then automate them end-to-end.
