YouTube Script Writer (AI-Savvy)

We are looking for a skilled, AI-savvy scriptwriter to create engaging YouTube scripts from scratch. We value writers who know how to use AI tools to streamline their workflow, reduce writing time, and improve efficiency without compromising the quality of their work.

Our ideal candidate can produce well-researched, natural-sounding scripts that follow our standards while consistently meeting deadlines.

[REQUIREMENTS]

#1 - Availability and Output Be available for full-time work, around 40 hours per week, with an expected output of approximately 8 scripts per week. Each script is typically around 1,600 to 1,800 words long, so you should be comfortable producing scripts of this length consistently while maintaining quality.

#2 - Strong English Writing Skills Proficiency in English is essential. You must be able to write clear, grammatically correct scripts, understand instructions quickly, and communicate effectively in English.

#3 - AI Proficiency and Efficiency You should be comfortable using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to speed up your workflow. We value writers who know how to use AI strategically for tasks like organizing information, developing outlines, refining drafts, and improving efficiency.

However, you must be able to critically review and edit AI-generated content to ensure the final script is accurate, natural, engaging, and meets our quality standards. We are looking for someone who can work smarter, not someone who simply copies and pastes AI output.

#4 - Attention to Detail You must be able to follow our standard writing format, instructions, and guidelines accurately. Consistency and attention to detail are essential.

#5 - Research and Fact-Checking Skills You will be provided with research materials from our researcher. However, you may need to gather additional information from official product websites or YouTube channels when the provided materials are insufficient.

AI may assist with organizing or processing research, but you must verify factual claims using reliable sources. Do not rely on AI-generated information without verification, as accuracy is a priority.

#6 - Engaging, Non-Salesy Writing You must be able to write scripts that hold viewers' attention without sounding overly promotional or salesy. Your writing should feel natural, conversational, and informative while effectively communicating the product's value.

#7 - Reliability and Communication You must consistently meet deadlines, provide regular progress updates, communicate openly with the team, and be willing to accept feedback and make revisions when necessary.
