Unity AI is built to democratize game development the way modern tools transformed video creation: if you have an idea, you can make a game, guided by an agent that plans, executes, and iterates with you. For professionals, we aim to deliver a step-change in efficiency with 10x productivity gains, faster iteration cycles, and richer creative exploration. As this vision scales, we expect a 10x–100x increase in high-quality games, and a new era of digital entertainment.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the Unity AI product team and take ownership within a fast-growing portfolio: our AI Assistant (now in beta) with deeper native integration into the Unity Hub on the way, new agentic AI experiences that open game creation to aspiring and AI-native creators, and emerging workstreams in AI-powered playtesting and world models. You'll join us at a moment where new products ship constantly, and you will help shape which problems we solve next.

What you'll be doing

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more Unity AI workstreams, balancing near-term iteration with bold long-term innovation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and ML teams to design and deliver agentic AI-powered workflows that simplify game creation.
• Drive rapid, iterative releases informed by user feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Define what a great AI experience looks like, including evaluations and benchmarks that guide product quality.
• Leverage market insight and user research to deeply understand creators' needs, from professional game developers to AI-native hobbyists...
