We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is as comfortable creating AI-powered features alongside engineers as they are presenting the roadmap to the executive team. You understand how AI is reshaping the software development lifecycle — from rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development workflows to autonomous, agentic experiences for end users — and you are ready to bring that lens to EZLynx. • Drives agentic product strategy for an assigned area, ensuring delivery against both near-term business objectives and long-term customer value.
• Leads end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production.
• Influences the roadmap using customer input, market data, and stakeholder feedback; communicates priorities clearly across teams.
• Develops and tracks KPIs for product and feature performance, including adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
• Owns product ROI, connecting investments to customer value, ARR, and retention.
• Identifies and drives process improvements across the team.
