Software Engineer III - Care Compass 2.0/AI Features

We are in the middle of a major modernization effort with Care Compass 2.0, a new web-based version of our core platform. This work includes moving from a legacy Windows-based application to a modern cloud-ready architecture, expanding reporting capabilities, building APIs, improving user experience, and exploring practical AI features that can help teams work more efficiently.

Position Summary

As a Software Engineer III, you will help drive the evolution of Care Compass 2.0, our next-generation web-based healthcare platform. Your work will focus on building new product features using modern technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, SQL, and related frameworks.

You will also contribute to our AI agent powered by AWS Bedrock, by helping build intelligent capabilities such as medical document summarization, member-specific insights, workflow assistance, and contextual recommendations. This role combines full-stack product development with practical AI-enabled features that support care management, claims management, utilization management, enrollment, reporting, and member-centered workflows.
