We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research through launch and iteration—creating intuitive experiences that solve complex business challenges for enterprise users.

You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, user-centered solutions. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, mentor designers, and drive innovation across AI-powered and workflow automation initiatives.
