Senior Manager - Software Engineering and AIPosition Summary: =====================

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to lead a key software and AI engineering team building the AI capabilities behind Tom, our AI-enabled primary care platform. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll combine hands-on technical leadership — reviewing code, writing and iterating on prompts, and guiding architecture decisions — with day-to-day leadership of a growing team of software and prompt engineers. This role is ideal for someone who has personally built and deployed production AI systems and is ready to bring that experience to leading others.Job Description: ====================

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of software engineers, principal engineers, and prompt engineers building the conversational AI systems behind Tom.
• Own day-to-day technical decisions for the team without depending on architects for routine calls; partner with architecture on larger solution design.
• Conduct code reviews and set the standard for engineering and architectural best practices across the team.
• Coach team members on execution standards, technical growth, and career development.
