Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect - Voice AI, SMS & Enterprise Integrations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to partner directly with clients to identify business challenges, design innovative technology solutions, and lead enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives.This is a highly consultative, client-facing role requiring equal strengths in business consulting and technical solution architecture. The ideal candidate has successfully designed and implemented enterprise AI, Machine Learning (ML), automation, CRM, ERP, cloud, and integration solutions.This role specifically requires hands-on experience building customer-facing AI agents for both phone/voice and SMS/text interactions. General AI/ML, RAG, or chatbot experience alone does not satisfy this requirement.You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions and partnering with engineering teams from discovery through production implementation.

Key Responsibilities - Business Discovery & Client Consulting

• Lead discovery workshops with executive stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, existing technology ecosystems, and future-state goals.
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for AI, ML, conversational AI, automation, cloud modernization, and enterprise application improvements.
• Develop trusted client relationships and serve as a strategic technology advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Solution Architecture

• Design enterprise technology solutions utilizing AI, ML, cloud technologies, CRM, ERP, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Architect customer-facing conversational AI solutions across voice/phone and SMS/text channels.
• Develop architectures that balance business objectives, user experience, scalability, security, reliability, and cost.
• Produce architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical roadmaps, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
