Job Title: Radiologist — Visual Document Understanding (AI Training)

Type: Part-Time Contract (Independent Contractor)

Compensation: $350 per hour

Location: Remote (United States or Canada only)

Commitment: 15-20 hours/week, fully asynchronous

About the Project

Benchmark dataset project evaluating AI models on visual document understanding and instruction-following in the Radiology domain. Experts author complex, grounded tasks with a clear ground-truth output and an objective rubric. Your work will directly shape how the next generation of AI systems interprets radiology images and reasons over visual clinical documents.

Key Responsibilities

Task Authoring: Design complex, clinically grounded tasks based on real radiology workflows.

Ground Truth: Produce attending-level reference outputs with clear, defensible answers.

Rubric Design: Define objective rubrics that allow consistent evaluation of AI responses.

Visual Reasoning: Frame tasks that test image interpretation, report comprehension, and instruction-following over radiological documents.

Quality: Ensure all clinical content is accurate, guideline-concordant, and free of ambiguity.

Iteration: Refine tasks based on calibration feedback and reviewer input.

Required Qualifications

Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist with current, active, unrestricted medical license in the United States or Canada.

Experience: Active clinical practice in Radiology with strong familiarity reading and reporting across common imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Availability: Able to commit 15-20 hours per week, fully asynchronous and remote.

Soft Skills: Precise written communication, strong reasoning, and attention to evidence-based detail.

Paid weekly via Stripe or Wise.

Duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance.
