Overview

We are seeking a Legal AI Engineer to help design and scale how AI is applied across the firm’s legal and business workflows. This role sits within the Research & Knowledge Management (RKM) team as part of Legal Operations and partners closely with attorneys, practice groups, Legal Operations, and IT.

In this role, you will play a key part in the firm’s AI enablement and growth. You will collaborate with legal and operational teams to understand how they work, and translate those insights into AI-powered agents, workflows, prompt strategies, practical guidance, and automations that make work faster, more consistent, and more reliable. The focus includes designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, expanding the use of attorney-facing AI tools, helping users craft and refine effective prompts, and developing scalable, repeatable approaches across practice groups. This position requires regular in-office collaboration and is not eligible for fully remote work.
