Job Summary

The AI Lead in Compliance Testing is a senior SLOD practitioner within Enterprise Risk Management responsible for leading AI-related compliance testing, governance, and credible challenge activities. The AI Lead will oversee and directly manage the controlled growth and governance of the department's internal AI testing tool as well as independently execute quarterly, risk-based testing / credible challenge of enterprise AI use cases, including agentic AI and large language models (LLMs). The role will integrate deep consumer compliance expertise with strong IT and AI risk acumen to ensure AI capabilities are designed, governed, and monitored in alignment with the Compliance Management Program (CMP), enterprise risk frameworks, and regulatory expectations. The AI Lead will partner across Compliance, Technology, Model/AI Risk, Data Governance, Privacy, Legal, and other relevant business teams to assess controls, challenge design, and drive continuous improvement. • AI Governance and Oversight: Provide governance, oversight, and controlled expansion of the Compliance Testing Team’s internal AI tool including use-case intake, prompt library / agent inventory growth, change management, access controls, documentation standards, monitoring, and issue tracking. - (25%)
• AI Testing & Credible Challenge: Execute the quarterly, risk-based testing program to perform independent credible challenge of enterprise AI use cases (including agentic AI and LLMs), assessing compliance, control effectiveness, output risk, and customer impact. - (25%)
