In this model, a motivated early-career engineer riding that scaffolding ships production-reviewed work quickly — a recent hire delivered reviewed integration servers within their first week.

We're hiring a Junior Platform Engineer to add build throughput: producing integration servers, component registrations, and contained pipeline pieces alongside the existing team, within a reviewed delivery model. We hire for aptitude and AI-fluency over years of experience, and we have a proven onboarding path and peer mentorship to ramp you fast. The role reports to the Platform & Technology Lead.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS
