GTM AI Engineer

The Role

You'll design, build, and scale the AI engines, context-aware agents, and workflow automations that turn static enterprise data into proactive decision intelligence across our Go-to-Market organization. Working at the intersection of data, analytics, revenue operations, and business systems, you will own the multi-year GTM AI technical roadmap and build the intelligence platform that optimizes how our Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI experiences, intelligent assistants, and context-aware agents that surface playbooks, pricing guidance, and competitive insights directly within daily GTM workflows.
• Implement AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual execution across approvals, data maintenance, reporting, and process investigations.
• Develop decision intelligence capabilities that monitor GTM operations to proactively flag deal risks, identify expansion opportunities, and highlight operational bottlenecks.
• Own the GTM AI strategy and roadmap and build unified knowledge architectures, governed semantic layers, and metric lineage across GTM systems and data environments to ensure AI applications rely on trusted data.
• Establish AI governance and value-realization practices, including guardrails for sensitive data, security, privacy, responsible AI, model and agent performance, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead AI adoption and operating-model change, including identifying champions, creating training and communications, monitoring adoption, gathering feedback, and rationalizing the AI tool and vendor stack.
