Breakthru Beverage Group (BBG) is in the midst of a major enterprise transformation to modernize our technology landscape, simplify enterprise integrations, and enable AI-driven capabilities across the business. As part of this transformation, we are building a modern, cloud-native technology ecosystem powered by SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, AWS, and next-generation AI capabilities. A critical pillar of this strategy is establishing a secure, scalable integration platform that seamlessly connects enterprise applications, data platforms, trading partners, and AI agents.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader to define and execute BBG's enterprise integration strategy while establishing the architecture, engineering standards, and governance that will serve as the digital backbone of the organization.

The Director, Enterprise Integration, EDI & AI Agent Platform will lead the teams responsible for enterprise application integration, APIs, event-driven architecture, EDI, managed file transfer, and AI agent integration. This leader will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and the AI Center of Excellence to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable integration capabilities that accelerate BBG's digital transformation and enable next-generation intelligent automation.Job Description:

This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.
