REQUIREMENTS

The Data Scientist will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate has strong statistical knowledge, programming expertise, and experience applying machine learning techniques in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

Develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions

Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns

Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement data-driven solutions

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related role

Proficiency in Python or R

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience deploying models into production environments

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
