Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You’ll Do

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that solve complex problems and automate business processes. This role applies expertise in software engineering, machine learning, and data science to build, train, and optimize AI models, such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive systems. * Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform to support data validation, workflow automation, and issue resolution. * Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques to improve model accuracy, reliability, and performance; retraining or refining models as needed. * Integrate AI solutions and capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adaptability. * Design, implement, and optimize AI infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, including service selection, environment configuration, and security controls. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives, providing technical guidance and support. * Establish and maintain cloud usage frameworks that ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. * Ensure AI solutions comply with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPA...
