Our Company

RetentionRx builds custom retention intelligence systems for enterprise clients in the health and fitness industry. We are a small, high-output team doing work that has not been done before in our space.

The Rundown

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer who is comfortable working with large messy behavioral and transactional datasets, building and deploying predictive models, and developing natural language interfaces that allow non-technical stakeholders to query live data accurately.

You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and industry consultants with deep domain expertise.

You should have strong Python and SQL skills, hands-on experience with machine learning, and the ability to work on a small team where you own your domain end to end. Experience with NLP or conversational data interfaces is a plus.

**This is a project-based engagement structured around milestones and deliverables rather than logged hours. We would rather pay for outcomes than timesheets. From there, this has a clear path to a full-time role for the right person — we would rather work together first and build something real before making a long-term commitment on either side. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.*

Pay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
