Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for diverse applications (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, recommendation systems)
• Build scalable data pipelines and training workflows
• Research and prototype new models and technologies based on the latest in AI/ML
• Optimize model performance for production environments (latency, accuracy, resource usage)
• Contribute to the architecture and automation of AI/ML systems (e.g., MLOps best practices)
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and data modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with APIs, data engineering practices, and version control (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, DVC, or Kubeflow
• Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) and model interpretability
• Experience with real-time inference systems and large-scale model optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per year
