What You’ll Do

• Design and build production AI systems.
• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Create custom MCP tools and integrations.
• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing complex tasks.
• Integrate leading AI models including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source LLMs.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services.
• Create automation pipelines connecting dozens of systems together.
• Develop internal developer tools and AI workflows.
• Optimize AI performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI frameworks, models, and infrastructure.

Required Experience

We’re looking for someone with real production experience—not someone who has only built prompts.
