The Role

Avenue Z is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to build our outbound revenue engine from scratch. This is not an operations or internal automation role. You will design and deploy automated systems that generate pipeline, book meetings, and drive revenue.
The first phase is internal. You will build, test, and optimize Avenue Z’s own go-to-market machine using AI-powered enrichment, signal-based outreach, automated sequencing, and CRM automation. Once the playbook is proven with our own pipeline data, you will help package it as a client-facing service line.
This is a builder role that sits at the intersection of revenue operations, automation engineering, and digital marketing. You should be comfortable moving from ICP definition to enrichment logic to sequence design to CRM routing to performance analysis, and you should be able to ship working systems fast.
What You Will Build

Outbound Revenue Engine
- Design and deploy automated outbound systems that generate qualified pipeline for Avenue Z’s services business.
- Build enrichment workflows that identify, score, and prioritize target accounts and contacts using firmographic, technographic, and intent signals.
- Create multi-channel sequencing (email, LinkedIn, other channels) with AI-personalized messaging, automated follow-ups, and human handoff triggers.
