Agentic AI MCP Integration Specialist

About the role

As an Agentic AI MCP Integration Specialist , you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Agentic AI systems and enterprise tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) . You will be a valued member of the AI Engineering and Integration team and work collaboratively with AI architects, software engineers, data teams, cloud engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and production-ready agentic automation solutions

In this role, you will

Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers and reusable connectors that expose enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business tools to AI agents.

Integrate MCP-enabled tools with generative AI applications, copilots, and agent frameworks to enable secure access to enterprise data, workflows, and services.

Build integrations across enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Databricks, Snowflake, databases, and internal APIs.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, governance, and monitoring capabilities that support enterprise-scale AI deployments.

Develop automated testing, observability, and operational support practices to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant MCP-based integrations.
